Q. Jimbo, please refrain from answering questions you do not understand. Thanks! Asked by I'm Not Tired - Sat Mar 7 19:06:18 2009 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. PR is extremely important. People here something that coincides with their political view, they'll believe it. Both sides of the aisle. If you worry about the Little Guy getting beat up by the powerful fat guy, and somebody explains the Palestinian problem in that vein, you'll be persuaded. If the stupid news media (both TV and newspaper) slants things to make you think "We're on the side of the little guy" then you'll think they're on your side, and you'll be a loyal viewer / reader. I know it's a new area of study, but how much is their salary, what does the job require of a person, and is there any colleges with classes specifically for those in the holistic area? Answered by TIM - Tue Sep 16 16:40:46 2008 What do you think of the health care provided by nurse practitioners?
Q. I love my NP. She spends way more time with me than my doctor. The thing is she says many doctors are against NP's and are trying to start legislation that really restricts their practice. I don't think NP's are a replacement for physicians, but they certainly seem to be well equipped to handle minor illnesses and other not so minor problems. They cost a lot less than a physician which is great for those without health insurance (about 40% of US). What are your thoughts on this? Asked by mispriss - Tue May 15 22:19:22 2007 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A. Dear Mispris... I agree 100% with you. As a cancer survivor, I see a nurse practioner every month. He suggests, the doctors signs and indeed seems to give me more care than the doctor himself. Speaking of 40% without insurance, insurance as we knew it, is becoming extinct for our health.
