A. You must be doing an NVQ or something :) Have u thought about buying a study guide? When i did NVQ 3 I brought one from waterstones and it helped so much when answering these sorts of questions. Waterstones has loads of great educational resource books-and amazon.co.uk! Practitioners may feel: -Grief when child they have cared for a long time leaves. -Grief if child in care dies or is badly injured! -Depression/anxiety if they do not get on with a child, if child is not progressing etc -Sense of failure-see above! -Anxiety-meeting with parents esp if you have to tell them bad news! -Anxiety/grief-referring a child to social care services. Support: -Lead Practitioner -Local Education Authority -Support advisors -other colleagues … [cont.]
